How do I place an order?

Ordering here is easy. Kindly follow the below steps:

  5. Apply Gift Vouchers/ Certificate or Coupons and click check out button.

Is it necessary to have an account?

It is not necessary to have an account to shop with us. You can shop as guest user by providing just your Email ID. Still we recommend you to create one.

How will the order be delivered to me?

We will deliver your product at your doorstep via renowned courier companies.

Do I get an order confirmation?

Yes, we send you the order confirmation via SMS and Email.

Do you take orders over the phone?

No, On receiving your call, we will arrange a call back from our sales team to help you place the order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check all information related to your order by clicking on My Account > Orders displayed on top-right corner of the page. You can also enter your Order Number and track the status. You will get an SMS and Email after booking and once the order is dispatched.

Can I buy more than 1 quantity of the same product?

Yes, you can. All you need to do is increase the quantity in the final cart page (Only if stock is available).

Can I add an item even after I have placed my order?

Sorry, we do not have that option. You can place another order for accessories.

Can I change my billing and shipping details after placing the order?

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Credit/Debit card, Net-Banking, UPI and popular wallets including Mobikwik, PayUmoney, FreeCharge, Airtel Money, Ola Money and PayZapp. We also offers Cash On Delivery and EMI On all major Banks Credit Card Includes - Kotak, HDFC, Axis, IndusInd, RBL, ICICI & Amex Credit Cards.

How do I pay using my credit card?

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV or CSC number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

How do I pay using my debit card?

We accept debit cards issued by almost all banks in India. We do not accept international debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number. How do I avail Cash Back offer?

You will receive the Cash Back amount as a refund, in your account / credit card through which the payment has been made, within maximum of 45 working days.

Is there an EMI option?

Yes, We do have EMI option( from 3 to 24 months) on selected credit cards. Currently EMI option is available with Kotak, HDFC, Axis, IndusInd, RBL, ICICI & Amex Credit Cards only.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges. However, you will be charged interest as per the charges levied by the related bank.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card for online purchase?

Your online transaction is completely secure. All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Banks in India now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

What is a 3D secure Password?

The 3D secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “Mastercard SecureCode” services, respectively. The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

Are there any shipping charges?

There are no shipping charges (various upon products & seller). Price mentioned in the cart is all inclusive.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You will get your consignment between Monday to Saturday.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship only in India.

I have yet not received my order!

As mentioned above, our orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of the order, and delivered in 7-8 business days from shipping. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to deliver the order. Due to availability of product, characteristics (weight, type & size) of product, weather condition and address where product is to be delivered and courier company's rules.

Cancellations and Return

Can I cancel the order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. In case of cancellation and refund, 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount paid as administrative charges.

What is Mobilechew’s return policy on?

There could be certain circumstances which are beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / missing product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We allow return of products for 7 days from the date of delivery at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product. For more, please refer to our return policy.

How will I receive my refund?

Replacements will be provided based on the manufacturer’s standard policies. Mode of Refund will be Gift Vouchers OR in the FORM of a/c payee CHEQUE payable at Par OR made in the same form that the payment is received, within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
